In our beautiful Schwarzwaldstuben, the long-standing team spoils our friends and guests. The combination of tradition consciousness and classical handicraft in the kitchen like contemporary and modern practices and meals makes our house to something special and our guests to regular guests. 385 positions of wine, 16 sorts of gin, 60 sorts of tea and the individual work at the table of the guest offers space for the development and specialization of our employees as well as a special taste and guest experience for our guests.
